Watch as the Chinese Arts Alliance of Nashville presents a traditional Chinese Lion Dance and Dragon Dance to celebrate the special event and bring good luck to all attendees.
10AM - 11 AM: DRUMMER PHOTOS MUST BE TAKEN FOR THE BEST DRESSED DRUMMER AWARD!

ROUND 1 RACE HEATS BEGIN
Grab a beer from our Bearded Iris Beer Garden and find your spot to watch the first race heat of the day! Each team races once in round 1, and once in round 2. The times are averaged and the top 12 teams will race in the final round.

DRUMMER PARADE FOR BEST DRESSED DRUMMER AWARD
Team spirit is the bread and butter of the Dragon Boat Festival! Vote for the Best Dressed Drummer following the Drummer Parade where teams showcase their costumes and team song!

Stick around to see who the winner of the 14th Annual Dragon Boat Races will be as well as the Silver and Bronze winners! The winning team will receive free entry into next year's race!

ANCHOR AWARD AND STEERER AUCTION
Also known as "the Best of the Worst" award, the Anchor Award goes out to the team with the slowest time! At this time the 12 teams going to the final heat will bid on the steerer of their choice!
